Meditation and self-relaxation help calm down the mind and help you relax.  Doing meditation every day can help you sleep better and can help decrease hallucinations.  There are many forms of meditation but you can start with the guided meditation below.  You can also check the link below the video for other good meditations. Meditation is an alternative, but you should consult your Psychiatrist before considering a replacement medication with meditation.
